郝炜宁,1995.12,辽宁省营口市人。
2013.09-2017.06:大连海事大学,交通管理;
2017.09-2019.06:北京交通大学,交通运输工程;
2019.09至今:北京交通大学,交通运输规划与管理。

博士期间参与了多项科研项目,包括:
国家重点研发计划,基于动态间隔的运能可配置列车运行控制系统技术子课题-在途运行智能调度技术研究,2018.05-2022.01,主要参与,
国家重点研发计划,轨道交通货运快速化关键技术子课题-铁路多式货物联运适配系统技术,2017.07-2020.06,参与。
北京交通大学研究生创新项目,基于拉格朗日松弛的列车运行调整计划优化研究,2020.04-2022.04,主持。

博士的主要研究方向为区间封锁条件下的列车运行调整,列车时刻表优化,网络优化,多目标优化。
